Leave approval failed on Dynamics HR App? Can't find dialog with an id of resolveleavebalancedialod

Hi, 

My company is in a testing phase for Dynamics Hr leave app - I have set up a workflow that when an employee applies for leave it gets sent to their manager first for approval and then to payroll for final approval. 

An employee applied for leave, their manager went to approve it and it said there was something wrong?
