AX 2012 R3 Exposing Service Operations - Missing many operations

I am trying to set up an enhanced inbound port to expose SalesSalesOrderService operations.  Under Service Contract Customizations > Service Operations I am missing over one hundred operations from the Remaining service operations listbox. Specifically, all operations between InventInventoryTransactionsService.read and SRSFrameworkService.addReportServerConfiguration are missing.  Any ideas as to what my problem could be?  Thanks in advance for any information, thoughts, guesses.

    Set up Application Integration Framework is disabled.  I thought I had admin rights. I will have to look into.  Thank you very much for you quick response!
