Missing Job type in EAM work order

Hi All,

I am currently unable to raise defect work orders in the work order section of D365? But i Am able to see in UAT the defect option while creating a new work order but in live i dont see the DEFECT job type option. I tried to create a new job type as defect in live environment  copying from the UAT but cant able amend all the fields. could someone please help me on the how to add new field in  job type. Please see the screenshots as reference. Thank you.

    Hi Gowtham,

    On the job types, the last fast tab contains settings to link asset types where the job type can be used. Is this filled with the correct asset types?
