Dual Write Error “Failed to authenticate” and “Unable to get access token

Hello,

I’m trying to write data to the entity msdyn_functionallocations in Dynamics 365, but I keep getting the following error:

Unable to write data to entity msdyn_functionallocations.
Authentication failed with error: Failed to authenticate for <environment URL>/api/data/v9.0/msdyn_functionallocations.
Unable to get access token for <environment URL>/api/data/v9.0/msdyn_functionallocations.

Hi,

Was this working before or is this a new environment? Have you checked the health on the Dual Write setup page? Is it working for other entities? If so, table permissions on Dataverse might be missing.

Thanks for your response. We already checked the Dual Write health status on the setup page and also validated the table permissions in Dataverse, but unfortunately the issue persists. The authentication error occurs for all tables, not just for the msdyn_functionallocations entity.

Do you have any other recommendations we could try?
