Fellows ,  can we go with following Retail POS topology:

Server Side Server List:
AX Server: For AX installation AX2012R2, Headquarter components
DB Server Instance01: For AX-Databases MSSQL SERVER 2012
DB Server Instance02: For Store-Databases MSSQL SERVER 2012
Synch Server1: For Synch Services & Real Time Services
Synch Server2: For Synch Services & Real Time Services

Client Side Topology:
Client Machine: Retail POS component.

As per above information, I am not going to install store DB at store, all store databases will be created at Server-Side that have very strong network. There is no Synch and Real Time Service on client too.
2nd how can I divide 50% of POS client to Synch Server 1 and rest of 50% POS client to Synch Server 2.

Kindly suggest.

Hi! What did you choose to do since then ? I think you should have kept the offline DB, that's what secures your data on the Client Side in case connection breaks. And in my knowledge you don't need 2 synch server for only one client, but if you want to do load balancing you can install multiple AOS instances.
