Need help - Ribbon workbench not loading detailed information of a ribbon from solution entities

Hi all,
I am learning D365 Sales development and practicing on a trial instance. I have installed Ribbon work bench and tried to edit ribbon on both Account and Contact entities. Unfortunately, Ribbon Workbench is not listing down ribbon information such as commands, buttons from either Account or Contact entity. I am not sure how to solve this or if this is the expected behavior. I have tried both by installing Ribbon Workbench solution and also installing Ribbon Workbench tool in XRM Tool box.
Here is what I have done:
1. Created a new solution.
2. Added Account and Contact entities. - Selected the option to include entity metadata
3. Added Application Ribbons from Client Extensions.
4. Published the solution. (Tried both publishing individual components and also Publish all components)
5.Loaded the solution in RibbonWorkbench

Both entities are being displayed in Solution elements.

When account or contact entity is selected, ribbons are displayed but no details are listed as highlighted in the screenshot.

How to get Ribbon workbench to list down existing detail information? I am not sure if I am missing any step here.

I think this may be happening because you are looking at the out of the box entities without any customizations. These are managed entities. In this case all the related customizations like commands, rules are hidden.

Try adding your custom command, rules and associate with your custom button.

If you want to customize any standard button in the ribbon, you have to right click the button and say Customize. That's when the related customization areas for that button may become visible.
