Hello everyone,
I have a request from a customer (D365) who'd like to sort all of his cases in a list through a report, and then perhaps even filter the cases by items (if associated in the case).
Are you aware of any report that may exist regarding case management? I could not find any...

Hello Johnny Joe,
If you are operating D365FO then you can create an electronic report to get this list or report out of D365FO.
Should not be to difficult and fast to realize.
Please give it a try.

Have you made some progress here?
I tried to have a look at it but it seems quite complicated in terms of configuration etc... / at least it is not clear to me, and there is very few documentation about it.
So it will perhaps work but I first have to learn how to user GER..
Or do you have an advice/ a lesson on how to guide me on this ?
