Hi
we have created EP page and added toolbar with webmenu action button and the class attached to the menu item was not getting called but test environment its working fine.
in Production environment the class is not getting called and have verified page from test and prod and found below diffrence
Any suggestions

Are you saying that your EP page works fine in your TEST environment but not in your PROD environment?
Are both environments on the same version?

You can see on the top its clearly says that it couldn't load the assembly,
Just check your assembly references or check specified Assembly is available in GAC - Global Assembly cache , and also check updates levels Test vs Prod.
