Hello,
we have NAV 2015. Now we have a lot of orders a day > 150.
Sales order> scheduling orders> purchase orders to suppliers.
Products us to each order comes partially, not all at once.
The problem is that we do not know when the sales order is ready to send. I do not believe that Navision has solved this problem. There is to some function or report? There must be some information that some order is ready for shipment.

For this you can use the sales order release functionality, you can treat the orders which are released are ready to send/ship.
You can also use the as Miguel mentioned the Default Quantity to Ship setup to control when to ship.
You can setup the "Default Quantity to ship" to "blank" (in "Sales & Receivables Setup"). With that you may know that if any qty. is in the line, can be shipped. (With this solution you won't need to customize anything).
