Hi All,
I have concern regarding PR and PO approval workflow.
I has make changes to existing workflow, where i change some approver to a new person. I also already activate the new change workflow.
I notice the PR/PO that already process getting an approval, after the changes the approval still going to previous assigned person.
May I know why this happening even i already activate new workflow?
Please share your comment.
Hello Adhha Adnan,
The old and pending workflows need to recalled if they were assigned to the wrong person.
Once that is done you have to make sure that your new workflow is active so that new instances, i.e. new workflow submissions are routed to the correct persons.
