Hi All,
I want to enable some of the fields in vendor screen or wanted to add customized fields in this vendor screen.
kindly let me know the path where vendor forms are created or modified in D365

Also kindly let me know the path and guide me how to enable or make the fields visible to users in vendor setup screen.

You need to extend table and form to add customized fields to vendor form. Refer to the below link for adding fields to tables and forms.
To find out the form name - You can right click at any position on form >> Select Form information >> It will show you the form name.
Forms can be edited in Visual studio. You need to create a new model and add your extension elements.

You can enable disable code either via code or through security roles.

Thanks a lot, I was able to create and add new field in vendor form but it is not getting saved.
"This page has been refreshed to ensure that all selected fields display data. As a result, the record that is currently displayed may have changed and any unsaved changes have been discarded."
I clicked on personalized upperGroup --> Selected Add a Field--> but I am getting error message

After adding new fields via personalization you need to save the view. Have you done that.
There will be a drop down like text on the form with bold letters at top left corner.
Initially it will be showing "standard view", after adding new field it will be changed to "My view". You can select that and click on save - Also you can set the custom view to be pinned by default while opening the form again.
Save option available under my view drop down.. :) I saved, its working fine I am able to view the newly added field in vendor screen..
