Prompt for user name and password for EP Home Page or when Sign in as Different User

I have Enterprise Portal installed on AX2012 R3 CU11 Version with Sharepoint 2013 Foundation with the latest CU updated

I have all the installations sucessfull.

Two problems i face.

1. EP Page is always loaded with admin User Id for all other users by default

2. When sign in as Different user is tried , EP Prompts for Username and Password (thrice) and then throws a blank non responsible white page.

3. I have checked authentication on Sharepoint site, only Windows authentication and forms-based is enabled.

4. Application pool is configured properly

5. Site is added as trusted site.

Any pointers to overcome this issue would be highly appreciated.

Similar issue, i faced in Contoso VM.

Can you try this..

1. Disable UAC, logoff, login and try.

2. Provide access users in EP Portal (Open EP site in browser >> Site actions >> Site Permissions >> Grant Permissions) and try.

3. Provide access to users on Analysis database and try.

Restart AOS Server will fix the issue if there is no problem with rights.

Hi All,

May we seek your assistance regarding the error we encountered when we login as a different user in or EP website. The error is "The website cannot display the page". The user account that we used is already have a proper rights.

In addition, whenever we try to sign out on EP website nothing happens. Is there anything else need to configure for this?
