Reverting back to previous version of contact or lead list

Posted on by 10

Hi there, just wondering if anyone can help. I'd like to revert back to a previous version of a contact list as a field has been accidentally overwritten. Is there a way of doing this? Audit history is switched off, I wondered if that might have helped here. Is there any other undo option? I've seen deleting import data mentioned, but would that just remove the list and not allow you to revert back to a previous version? I also think using a back-up version wouldn't be ideal here as we'd likely lose any changes across different entities since that back-up. Also I checked in the import section and from what I can see the import source can't be downloaded in full (not that that would necessarily help either as it won't include any contacts manually added or updated since the original import). Any suggestions for the best approach to retrieve the previous list version would be much appreciated

    Hi Sarah McN,

As the audit history is disabled the only thing that is going to help you here is Microsft support. You can create it from the Power Platform Admin Centre. This is my little thought.
