Templates and emails have filtered set on english default

Hi everyone, 
When we create in Microsoft Dynamics 365 an email, and the template selection page shows up, it filters all the template in english language rather than having the language option as the neutral /select/. Since we have different speaking teams, I'd like to put the default back on /select/. (I don't know who changed that previously, and how they did that) 
Can you help me out?
