I created an Export to Excel Report in which I have to generate Pivot Chart simultaneously.
Please suggest how can i do it?

As i understood correctly, you have created the report which gives you output of your data in excel and you have some pivot created based on it. now the problem is every time your report generates new file so you need to create the pivot based on it or need to copy the data from the report the Pivot excel file.
simplest solution is too copy the data from your generated report to pivot excel table and refresh the excel sheet.
another one which is quite complex: when you export the data make provision in report to ask the file name to generate or amend existing so you can give the file name and location and also sheet name so report will overwrite the data into excel.
you can refer the Account schedule screen
If you want to create the data input from scratch then you can use ODATA web service and can also follow the suggestion of archer.
