For MB-280 do we need to read all MB-210, MB-220 and MB-260 or it is part of each one?
Does anyone know any guide other than the Microsoft Learn?
I have the same question (0)

I took the beta test, and I think it was very close to MB-210.

No—you don’t need MB-210, MB-220, or MB-260. They’ve been retired, and MB-280 replaces them. Just follow the official MB-280 study guide on Microsoft Learn, plus practice labs and community resources.

    Hi,

The MB-280 exam focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data, and while it shares some conceptual overlap with exams like MB-210 (Sales), MB-220 (Marketing), and MB-260 (Customer Data Platform), you do not need to study all of those in full to prepare for MB-280.

    Here’s a more targeted approach:

    • Focus on the MB-280 official skills outline available on Microsoft Learn. It covers data ingestion, unification, segmentation, measures, and activation.

    • Use Microsoft Learn paths specifically tagged for Customer Insights - Data.

    • For additional resources, consider:

      • Instructor-led training or certification prep courses from platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, or Pluralsight.

      • Community blogs and YouTube channels that offer walkthroughs and real-world scenarios.

      • Practice exams to assess readiness and identify weak areas.

    •

Studying MB-210, MB-220, or MB-260 may help with broader understanding, but they are not prerequisites for MB-280.

    Thanks and best regards,

    Daniele

    Hey there,

It seems already answered but I had the same confusion initially as well. As others have said, this exam replaces MB-210.  Just follow the learn documentation and it will contain everything you need to know.  Example exams including the practice test are always key also.

I was able to find practice exams for 280.  So i would focus on those.
