Power BI - Issue with Choice/Option set

I have this data in Power BI showing up as shown in the screen shot below. 
 
Please can someone help me with how to separate these values and create various dashboards with the data.

    It is possible to split data by delimiter. For more information on how to do this, please refer to this official document.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/split-columns-delimiter
    Publish the split data in excel form to power BI, subsequent to the process of creating dashboards you can refer to this document.

    This is a Dashboard that will be embedded in D365 CE. How can Power BI automatically apply the delimiter even after the dashboard is embedded in the CE Dashboard without any human intervention, every time a user adds a new record?
