Getting error while generating report in electronic messages

Navigation: TAX -> Inquiries and reports -> Electronic messages ->  Electronic messages (generate report)

    Hi,

    It seems your export format is not correctly setup in MOP.

    Can you check you have added export format for er in MoP?

    Thanks Ramit for response. As per technical investigation found configuration missing in customization on this..
