Compilation Error in \Classes\TaxElectronicDeclarationXML_DE\transmitXML

I Upgrade my Dynamics AX 2012 to the last version (v 6.0.947.862) and then I Compiled the system the following error was occured:

Microsoft.Dynamics.ElsterTransferHandler.ExternalCommunication Syntax Error....

Then I Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Client\Bin but I didn't find the file

Microsoft.Dynamics.ElsterTransferHandler.dll

by the way I found this file in Ax 2009 Client Directory.

Any one have any idea about this error....
