Has anyone created a custom work item or task for Human Resources before?
I have hooked up Virtual Entities and have tried to create and modify the Work items (employee self-service) (mshr) entity but my flow always runs into issues saying the user isn't authrosied, even though I am logged in as a Global Admin, have all the permissions inside HR and am an owner in the Azure Setup.
I have also tried to use the Work item (mshr) entity but the flow fails saying Reference table ID needs to be included, however I can't select this as a field when I use Power Automate.
If anyone has any ideas that would be great.
