We have a tier 1 cloud hosted environment we use for demo and testing, and don't have budget to deploy a D365 Commerce RCSU.
In the past we were able to access the retail ecommerce website of the environment using the retail server URL ending with /devret.axcloud.dynamics.com//
But we recently had to redeploy the VM as we started running into space and performance issues, as tier 1 VM are not designed to be kept for multiple years.
We took a back up of the previous environment, with same data and configuration, and ran the Retail environment retarget package /Environment Reprovisioning Tool/, and were able to set up the Cloud POS (Store Commerce app) and activate it.
Unfortunately though we are unable to access the eCommerce website like we used to, and now only land on a page that says :
/Alive!/
What are we missing ? Is there a configuration step that was done on the previous VM that needs to be done and we missed ?
Any help is appreciated.
