You can follow the below process.
1. Hire an employee. Go to Personnel Management > Hire Employee
For the existing employee, Go to employees > Worker tab > Checklist

Apply checklist
2. In Hire form > Provide the name for Checklist

3. Once the employee is hired then you can see an employee in Personnel Management > Activity

4. Go to task management.
Here you can assign or change the status of the task.

5. Assign an employee to the user
6. log in to the newly created employee. Go to ESS

7. Click on the View task
