Hello,

When I programming on NAV, I make changes on several objects (pages, tables, codeunits, etc.)

Is there any good tool, which I can mark all of the changes I make, and show all of them on one single report?

    You can use www.idyn.nl/.../objectmanageradvanced.aspx

    You can check the objects changed for a particular project using this tool.

    With very little effort you can use Team Foundation Services. That does both the Source Code Control Side and the project management. It is also a standard Microsoft tool and is free online for up to 5 users.
