I need a valid URL to enter in Business Central the currency exchange rate service from Mexican Pesos (MXN) to American Dollar (USD) since all the URLs that I enter show an error (Validation results

URL: www.banamex.com/.../index.html
(The 'link' start tag on line 29 position 6 does not match the end tag of 'head'. Line 41, position 3.)
URL: http://dof.gob.mx/index.php (http://dof.gob.mx/index.php (Reference to undeclared entity 'oacute'. Line 5, position 44.)

I do usually use the links written here:

docs.microsoft.com/.../finance-how-update-currencies

It is from the European Central bank so I expect all currencies to be present.
