Merge of 2 FnO system

Hi All,
We have 2 F&O instances. One is D365 HR recently migrated to new F&O (F&O-2) and other is existing F&O (F&O-1). F&O-1 has also got some of the records in HR module that is used by other modules. Now we need to merge these 2 instances without loosing data. Is there any tool for this? Is there any guided documentation? 
Your help is very much appreciated.

    Hi,
    After completing a "lift and shift" migration, you end up with two F&O systems that serve two different purposes: one for HR and one for finance. You now have the choice to either keep the two systems separate or merge them.
    This merge is an additional optional step. Unlike Lift Migration, it is not mandatory. When deciding whether to merge the two systems, the following should be considered:
    Should your HR data reflect your financial data?
    Are your company, departmental and financial structures identical?
    Can factors such as security model and headcount be the same in HR and F&O
