Offset account not populating when creating depreciation proposal

When I create a depreciation proposal for all assets and go to depreciation journal - the offset accounts for some of the assets do not auto-populate. I check the posting profile and it is set up correctly. Could you please advise?

Please show the posting profile and the fixed asset journal for the same assets you are trying to create?

Hi,

This is a very standard functionality, if the posting profiles are correct, they should be generating offset account.

Hi KW-CS,

If the FA posting profile setup is correctly maintained along with the offset accounts in respective FA transaction type, then it will be auto populate everytime you run the proposal.

Also, please make sure you did not set those accounts suspended or inactive for that legal entity.

Also make sure that those accounts are part of the account structure which is active.
