Hello,
We need prepayment field in purchase order workflow condition as by default GP does not allow so can someone help me to insert additionnal field in purchase order workflow condition editor.

May be. But it does not have same steps in GP2018 as I am using GP2018.
QueryDesignerAllFunctionality=TRUE in Dex.ini is what you'll need to expand the Workflow condition Editor window.
this will add a tab where you can mark to join pretty much any table/field to be a workflow condition option.
It isn't a completely supported option, but it is there and many customers have used it, even in newer versions like 18.x.

Sorry for the delay reply.
There is no such key words available "QueryDesignerAllFunctionality=TRUE" in my dex.ini file
By default, there won't be, you must add it, save changes and then login to GP.
Then, when you click the lookup for the workflow step condition, besides the Condition tab you're normally seeing, there will be other tabs where you can add pretty much any table/column to use in the workflow condition, see the statement created and execute it to make sure it is valid.
Note, that this is considered a customization of Dynamics GP including any changes made via this extended condition editor, that isn't default.
