Either the user does not actually exist or the value that is passed to the function is empty, which then seems to be a data issue. By the way, can you change the description of your question so it is more specific?

Hello, Anton Venter

The user id create the sales order with no error but when the user recall the sales order to pick up this error appear

Is it just with one particular user or all users? Have you looked at the order? Is the userId populated correctly on the order? Are you able to reproduce this in a test environment? Is this error after a new code modification? The best option would be to debug the code so see what is causing the error.

I Know it is a old thread, But it can help someone in future.

I got same error, then i checked the verfifyOperationAccess function in logon.dll, In operatorId parameter, Operator id is different than Operator which i logged on. So i simply add one line before Return VerifyOperationAccess

"Operatorid = ApplicationSettings.Terminal.TerminalOperator.Operatorid;"

Copy the logon.dll to Exensions folder. It is Worked fine for me.
