Setup route with fixed Run time and without process Qty

Hello,

I'm looking for the correct setup to do this: on the work orders, we don't want the routes to take the qty to produce into account. I mean, whatever the work orders quantities my route must have the always the same run time.

I looked into the route parameters but did not find anything to cancel the "process Qty".

If you have an idea

    Hi Aym,

    Before years we have a common requirement and solution was:

    In “Set-Up time” we populate the time that production order on this route will last (for example 2 hours)

    In “Run Time” - 1

    In “Process Qty” – 1000000 (or other large number)

    According this scheme run time for a production order (with this route) will be 0 at any case.

    This is just an idea – I am not sure that this is your case.
