Unable to communicate with the SharePoint server error message

Hello, I am getting this message when attempting to setup the default SharePoint server in D365F under Document management parameters and testing the SharePoint connection. I can access the site and add/edit documents when I click the 'Open SharePoint' option.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Is the Sharepoint Online server in the same AAD tenant than the D365FO system is associated with (the one that you see in About dialog of D365FO)?

Yes, both are in the same tenant

If the SharePoint Online and D365FO and user are all on the same tenant than please raise a support ticket with Microsoft.
