Sales Order Holds

We have an order that has been picked, packed and delivered but cannot be invoiced as there appears to be a sales hold on it which cannot be removed as the /Order Holds/ button in functions is greyed out. Anyone have any suggestions?

    You mean the order hold button is disabled? You can check the status of this button in the AOT form. Are there any security permission restrictions?
