Unable to view shared surveys

Hi! We have experienced this issues several times before where when someone in the team shares a project they have created with us, it is not possible for the rest of us to access the project. Sometimes, we receive the share invite over email and other times nothing. Sometimes it just resolves itself after a great deal of time has passed. This poses as a significant issue when sharing work within the team.

Is there a solution here?

    Hi SK777,

    We have observed that if the Project has a large number (i.e. greater than 15 surveys) of surveys then sharing is taking time, we are working on improving the turn around time for that. If your Project that you are sharing is not having many surveys can you help file a support incident or alternatively send an email at customervoice@microsoft.com along with the project URL which is having the issue for us to investigate ?
