RE: Navision 2013 R2 installation Error
hi,
you face a problem with permissions.
run setup as administrator, deactivate UAC. the user with you are installing should be a domain user with enough rights on all windows servers/computers.
when selecting the service account try to use NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE. if that does not work try another account (must have the AD permission "run as service"!). could also be that you can use the user account. this service account is also used to connect to the database. check if the used user is in the sql user list (sql mgmt. studio) and has the according rights.
if there is a crashed installation make a complete deinstallation and then restart the system. check if all from the nav installation created folders are removed.
if there is another (older) nav version installed you must not use the same ports for nav2013r2! so check if the standard port 7046,7047,7048 are used.
maybe also helpful: allow using port 8080 on firewall.
