    Hi,

You will achieve the visibility of the areas, groups and tables be defining the right privileges in the security roles.
If only specific users should have access to the tables in the settings area, then you should have e.g. 2 different security roles.

    - One e.g. basic role providing access and privileges (Read, Write, Create, etc.) to the tables in the customer area

    - One setting role providing access and privileges to the tables in the settings area.

Then both user groups can open the app and based on the security roles, the different areas, groups and subareas like tables are visible.

    Mini App with all privileges:

Same Mini App for different user with basic privileges:

In addition, by using different security roles to provide access and privileges you will also ensure, that users who should have access only to the customer tables cannot open the other tables by e.g. Advanced find.

    Best regards,

    Joergen

    HI,

You can control this with the help of Sitemap subarea privilege. Please see below article for the same -
