Additional benefit on LS Central.

How to configure offers on LS central.

Scenario: Buy two and Get any of two free. 


I am trying to create an Item-List for additional benefits, but whenever the record is created I get the following error



I am unable to create the Item-List, can anyone please suggest as to why that might be happening?

    Hi Siddhi,

    I believe there may be some issues with the filter behind the drop-down. 

    The page for the Infocode List does not display the fields Usage Category and Usage Sub-Category however these fields are used for filtering. I would assume that the filtering should have automatically set the field as required when you created a new record but seems like that is not working as expected.

    You can try to personalize or design those fields "Usage Category" and "Usage Sub-Category" and then create a record, with the appropriate value in the fields, to see if it is visible from the drop-down.
