I have two surveys in my customer voice project. I sent one using the email send option, but the link is linking to the other survey. This is a serious problem as we have sent it to over 5,000 customers. Has anyone ever experienced this? Was there a fix?
You may be thinking I send the wrong one by mistake, but no, we checked it so many times before sending.
