Unable to open Task quick create form from work order time line

Hi Experts,

I've a query regarding the Task Quick Create form. Customer wants to create task from the time line by clicking on the plus(+) button kindly have a look below screenshot.

But when we are trying to create task from the time line it's opening Task Main form please have a look below screenshot.

We want to open Quick Create form. I've tried some possible scenarios but no luck.

It's working fine for the opportunity time line. We want task form just like opportunity task as shown in above screen shot

Please suggest.

Hi Mohd,

You need check two points to make the task can be created with quick create form.

1.Go Settings > Customization > Customize the system > entities > work order > forms to click ‘work order’ main form.

Double-click ‘Note text’ of ‘social pane’ to open ‘Activities Tab Properties’ dialog to do following setting:

2.Go Settings > App.

click ... of the app to clcik 'open in app designer'.

Make sure task entity is added, and the most important Is that ‘quick create form’ is selected.

save and publish it.

3.Test.

For other activities that you want to create with quick create form, you can do same settings as it.
