Error When Connecting New AOS from Client

Hi All,

I am getting error when Trying to refresh my Client Configuration. but from some other client i am able to refresh and connect new AOS.

An error occured while regenrating WCF configuration:

Exception occured on the metadata service on client or server.See

exception details below:

>Uanble to logon Microsoft Dynamics AX

    Hi

    What do you mean with "but from some other client i am able to refresh" ?

    The other AX Clients are in another server\pc?

    However, try to disable the Windows Firewall.

    Hi Denis,

    Thanks for your reply. I am able to connect  new AOS from another PC which is connected in same domain

    like the client from which i am getting this error. I checked firewall too which  is  also turned Off.

    Both user are AX User ?

    Hi Denis,

    Yes both users are AX users with same roles, For one user i am able to refresh  New AOS configuration without any errors but for the other i am getting error.

    Hi Denis,

    I gave system Administrator role in AX and refreshed my cofiguration utility without any issues. Now able to connect AX client to new AOS.
