Hi !

I am trying to import a list of RSVP's.

I am getting this error message ."Look up reference could not be resolved".

I understand that this message is due to an entity not being exist but the RSVP Event has been created in CRM.

My interpretation of your screenshots is that I see in the error log that you have multiple columns in your excel.

However in your mapping I only see one column.

So, I think you need to set the field delimiter field in step 2 of the import process to 'COMMA' and data delimiter option to 'NONE'.

(If the event would exist multiple times you will see the error 'multipe records found'.)

    Hi LWATSON,

The "The lookup referenced could not be resolved." error message occurs when you are importing child records associated with a parent record, and the parent record does not exist or there are two parent records with the same value in the primary field. For example, if you import a RSPV Event record with the lookup value of "Lindzey W. Test" then you will get this error if there are no "Lindzey W. Test" records or more than one.
