I am trying to use as few customization's as possible so asking what is the closest way to do this.
Our workorders span several weeks.
I need to create a daily report or checklist that needs to be completed.
It is a list of about 15 questions.
So far it is done in a Microsoft form and stored in share-point and I have a power automate flow that reads the data and emails it.
But would ultimately like to show the data from the daily report in field services.
What would you suggest?

You could always created fields for each of these questions in Field Service and use power automate to put the results from the form into these fields?
Also Forms Pro naturally intergrates into CRM and it stores the values into fields. Example here - www.daymandynamics.com/.../
Or you can wait till the next major field service upgrade which (I think) includes new inspections functionality which is built to be used inside Field Service itself.
