How To Create simple XMLPort to Export to CSV

Hello,

I am trying to learn how to create a XMLPort to be able to export the purchase lines, and possible consolidate by item no. However, I can not find any examples on how to create this in AL on VS code. Does anyone have an example that they can provide, or links that I can't find online?
