Customer with Dynamics GP 2013 R2, with PSTL 12.0.1664 the Vendor Modifier not showing! and even some other options when we do selected next Button Disabled

Such us PM Minimum check, SOP Customer Item Lookup, Customer Modifier!

Any suggestion?
