Unexpected and Random Contact Name Changes

Hi,

We are having a weird contact issue on D365 CE, where a small number of contacts names are being changed what seems randomly. We gave looked the audit history of the contact to see that mainly the YOMI name of the contact is being changed. We are unable to tell what process, PA flows or Azure logic apps maybe the culprit. Does anyone have any idea on how we could monitor the activities on contacts (3rd party or otherwise) ?

Has anyone has similar occurrences within D365 contacts or otherwise?
