Selecting only first value of enum in query using ax 2012

Dear Seniors,

I am customizing Generate earning form and I have add new Enum(HCMEMPLOYMENTTYPE) Field in HCMWorker table to get employ type but when code run it always get Employee in enum value what will be the solutions?

First of all I would like to thank you for your response and secondly I would like to tell you that I have only updated query datasource I did not write any code for that

Ok, when you say this "always get Employee in enum value what will be the solutions?" then I believe in your enum Employee value is zeroth position and it is picking that up by default,

please check
