How does one imbed a Model Driven PowerApp if there is no AppID?

Hello & Please Help!!!

I have a model driven power app that I want to imbed into the Benefits module in Talent, however there doesn't seem to be an APPID related to my app.  So how does one go about imbedding a power app of this type into Talent or is that not possible??

    you cannot embed model driven apps in Talent. only Canvas ones.
