I have Custom 2 fields on Customer Master , I am updating those fields simultaneously , when ever a customer transaction is created or whenever it's settled or when a SO is created or updated or invoiced , So, on every record to maintain correct data in those fields in am updating the fields simultaneously.
I am getting update conflicts , not frequently , but the conflicts are coming , bcoz multiple processes are running in batch as well as manual fields update for ex - General Journal posting , SO packing slip , Invoice Batches are running at 2 mins recurrence , Hence may those are causing update conflicts ?a
At 2 places I used reread() , that solved the issue , But still the code for updating cust Table is written at multiple places , causing issues.
Please help me in what practices to follow in this case? Please advice me as this is a live case
