Talent Career site functionality and customization

Posted on by 165

Hello Community,

I am working with a client who is asking whether there is a possibility to add any new mandatory/non-mandatory fields to the career site of Attract - I refer to the application page - the client wants the candidates to fill some additional fields in line with their application.

Thank you :)

There is no such feature listed at the moment (17 July).

Did you find anything that could be useful regarding this?

This is only for Attract, it doesn't say anything about the external site...I'm assuming it won't be available in the campany's job portal

    Hi Maria

The ability to customize the career site should be available as part of the April 2019 release window.  It is marked as a "Public Preview" release so we don't know when the final release will be.

PS There's always a chance that it won't be released at all (Microsoft has done that before!).

    Hi Maria,

    no, it's not possible :)

you can use Microsoft Forms to capture new data, and embed them in the interview process

    regards,
