We have an issue where account type in vendor payment is not editable whet I try to add the field by Personalize form the field is editable by when I try to change the account type I face the following validation (Account type XXXXX is not valid for this journal type.) .
I have another customer site where this filed is editable , what is the setup to make account type editable?

Can you check if your journal name has journal control setup?
