Hi guys,
we upgraded NAV 2013 R2 to 2015 two weeks ago.
We found several problems with Excel export: reports exported with new 2015 versione have several idle columns (a lot of idle columns) so isn't actually possible to "edit" the report...
Is there someone can help me to solve the problem?
Many thanks.

Yes, also standard reports (2013 R2 Objects, however) have the same behavior.
Are you having the same issue with standard reports ? i think you will get the layout of excel based on the how you designed your RDLC report
I'm a developer so there are my reports... This problem is for all reports, not only for mine.
Excel file is editable, but with so many columns is quite impossible make changes to content because there are a loto of merged cells
Hi,
By standard, the cells in the Excel file are editable (for the standard reports). If it's a customized report, you need to check it with your vendor, they can better guide you.
Could you check whether Editing is enabled in Excel or is the sheet protected by any chance?
Yes, I'm talking about that!
Hi,
Are you talking about the standard feature of Print to "Microsoft Excel", "Microsoft Word" etc."
