Hi All,

Need guidance on Logic.

Requirement:
1. Have an email with link for Event Registration form.
2. If the user clicks the link he will be taken to form Registration and will get a thank you for registration following with reminder for event .
3. Else if the user doesn't click the link, He will be getting another last chance email.
4. My doubt is what will happen if user clicks the registration form link this time?

5. It should do all steps in If condition? like should get a thank you email and after some time should get reminder regarding the event.

6. Like how to loop ?

Hi Sasi,

i have written a blog article about a similar issue. And I used the Series Tile for is: Email click and negative paths in real-time journey - The Art of Customer Insights (paulinekolde.info)

Maybe it also helps for your case.
